Apple accused of bullying Microsoft out of the Digital Music game

An antitrust suit has been filed against Apple that accuses the company of " illegally maintaining a monopoly in the digital music market by failing to support Microsoft's (MSFT) Windows Media Audio format."
The suit attacks Apple for not supporting Microsoft's WMA format and requiring users to use iTunes in order to operate iPods. Apple is the only digital music vendor to not support WMA, which the plaintiffs feel is Apples way of trying to remove Microsoft from the digital music game. Apple already controls 83% of the online music market as well as 90% of the hard-drive based music market and 70% of the flash-based music market.
