BBC to enter the fray?

A rumour has come around that the BBC is preparing to enter the streaming music and download market, although mainly with unique content from it's own recordings, such as the John Peel sessions, and things like the Live Lounge. All will apparently be available free of charge to stream, supported by advertizing, and a paid download will also be available for those that wish to have a perminant copy.
