Charges downgraded for Guns leaker

Axl Rose has never been the most sensible of people, and with the over 10 year wait for Chinese Democracy finally coming to an end, he went a bit mad when the album leaked, getting the FBI on the job in order to find out who leaked his work.

The blogger that posted the files was originally set to face felony charges, which could've lead to a long time in prison, yet now he will face more standard ones, as he had no intent to profit from the distribution. This means a maximum (and unlikely) sentance of a year in jail.

We expect him to get off with a fairly large fine and not much else...
