EFF Action Alert: Stop Sen. Stevens
Senator Ted Stevens of Alaska is baaaack. Sen. Stevens is famous for describing the Internet as it "isn't a truck ... It's a series of tubes." Now he wants to give away your digital rights to the special interests of the entertainment industry.

His telecom "reform" bill now includes Hollywood's long-pushed broadcast and audio flags, letting the government and the entertainment industry dictate innovation, what digital media devices can be developed, and how they can be used.

Please write your Senator to stop this power grab by the movie and music industries.
