GrooveShark swims on...

Despite facing massive legal troubles due to partners requiring much more money in royalties than originally agreed, GrooveShark is continuing with development; including an iPhone application that may step up to challenge Spotify on the platform. Both want to allow free music to be streamed via the net, but neither really have the infrastructure to do so profitably, so it'll be interesting to see how this pans out. Of course, it could all be quashed by Apple denying the application as it competes to heavily with their own iTunes Store...
