When crazy ol Axl said that he was going to report the leakers to the FBI and get them done for it; he wasn't actually messing around. A leaker of 9 tracks of the now hilariously late Chinease Democracy has been arrested by the FBI, and amazingly, under new law, could face up to 5 years in prison, depending on what he is charged for. Overkill? I'm unsure personally, perhaps we need this sort of punishment for digital music to really take off, but on the other hand it seems just a tad mad for the crime...
