RIAA is trying to keep its 70 cents per download price confidential . It's a tactic to avoid the counterclaim that actual infringed copyright damages are much less than the $750 claimed by RIAA.

That price level has been publicly discussed for quite a while, including dissections of Apple's 99 cent pricing. And now RIAA has admitted that that the price is "in the correct range."
