iTunes is now once more available in China, and suprisingly, the pro Tibet album, featuring songs from various artists, is still unblocked, and you are still able to preview and download it. I'm personally very confused and suprised, and it would not be all that shocking if the album is soon removed from the service, but who knows, China's policies arn't always the easiest to understand...
