iTunes saved 'The Office'

The popularity and power of iTunes helped save the TV show "The Office." The program was going to be canceled last year. At the same time it was released on iTunes.

The rest is history. The show is the top downloaded TV show on iTunes. Its popularity earned the show a reprieve and has since been a success for NBC.
