As I blogged about a few days ago, Last.FM lost a load of it's streaming music by falling out with Warner, but now it's gained something pretty major. Last year the site quietly introduced streaming videos, but did not have any major players behind it; until now. Universal have signed a deal allowing a massive number of artists to have their videos streamed on the site for free, with revenue coming from the ad supported nature of the site.
It's a great idea if you ask me, can't see any sort of downfall...
