Rhapsody snaps up Kid Rock exclusively.

Kid Rock, the outspoken US artist, has licenced is latest album exclusively to Real's Rhapsody service, skipping the normal online outlets like iTunes for one big reason; single track downloads. These are becoming a massive profit sapper for labels and artists, as many users will download only the track they heard on the radio, rather than buying the entire album. Rhapsody is willing to allow artists to sell entire albums and refuse single track downloads, which is beginning to attract some attention....could it become the major player the digital world so dearly needs to combat iTunes?
