RIAA forced to pay

The RIAA has been forced to pay Tanya Andersen over $100,000, as she was sued unsuccessfully by the association. The money was how much she had to spend to defend herself against the might of the RIAA's legal team; thankfully she won, and now she is taking it further, by planning a damage claim for malicious prosecution. The outcome is likely to be a massive victory for those who feel that the RIAA seems to win all it's cases by pumping cash on quality legal employees.

Good luck, Tanya!
