College digital music provider, Ruckus Network, reached 100,000 subscribers. Ruckus offers 1.5 million songs to over 50 colleges and universities.

Ruckus offers more than just digital music. From their press release:

"In addition to Ruckus' free music network, for a small fee per semester, students can access thousands of Hollywood movies and hit TV shows. Ruckus also serves as a way for students to network and meet friends by viewing others' profiles; sharing media libraries, play lists and friend lists; sending instant messages; and leaving messages on discussion boards."
