Yahoo Wins Against Sony BMG in Six Year Old Lawsuit Digital Music - The Future

BMG and other major labels sued Launch Media in 2001 over the use of custom music streaming. BMG is now part of Sony BMG. Launch Media was bought by Yahoo.
