SNOCAP nets $15 million more

Music licensor SNOCAP announced a third funding round of $15 million. SNOCAP licenses music from the major labels and other content providers, wraps it in DRM technology, and markets it to retailers. SNOCAP is the supplier for Mashboxx's upcoming P2P service.
