Sony BMG Ponies Up to Settle CD Claims

Sony BMG is paying the price for distributing damaging DRM software on their CDs. In response to state investigations and class action lawsuits Sony BMG is proposing to offer a choice for 11 million affected people > $7.50 in cash and one free digital album from a list of 200, or > Three free albumslinks from the list
