Universal Music deceived the DOJ
From Ray Beckerman's blog, Court Finds Reasonable Cause to Believe that UMG and Capitol Deceived United States Dept of Justice". I guess you can't buy off everybody in the government.

"In an April 20th decision, the federal court in the Northern District of California has found reasonable cause to believe that UMG Recordings and Capitol Recordslinks misled the United States Department of Justice ("DOJ") when the DOJ was investigating possible anticompetitive conduct by them in attempting to control the digital music business."
